Fidegity:I am not sure the UFT can do much here since the 3020-a Arbitrator looks at the preponderance of evidence vs. beyond a shadow of doubt in court. The DOE justifies going through with the 3020-a hearings because of that difference.I hope your Arbitrator is as fair as Alan Berg
